As a certified Self-Love coach, I have come a long way in my own journey of self love and balanced wellness. Coming from a background of years of anxiety, eating disorders and self hate, I have discovered my purpose is to help guide women who are at war with themselves feel more confident and at peace in their relationship with their mind and Body. Using the tools of Trauma informed yoga & meditation, Self-Love Coaching, Dance, EFT Tapping, & Intuitive Eating to help you embody a life of freedom, peace, joy and balance!
